Returns & Exchanges Policy

Welcome to The Western Collective's Returns & Exchanges Policy. We are dedicated to providing you with the best customer service possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Effective Date: 30/04/2025

1. RETURNS

​

- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags still attached.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you. We do not do refunds.

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. EXCHANGES

​

- If you need to exchange a purchase for the same item in a different colour or size, please contact us directly at info@thewesterncollective.com.au

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

​

- Certain types of items cannot be returned, and are as follows, but not limited to;

  • Earrings

  • Accessories

  • Cowhides

  • Longhorns

  • Custom Products (including branded items)

  • Pre ordered items

  • Used and/or worn items

  • Sale items

4. POSTAGE

​

- You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.

- Postage costs are non-refundable.
